At the attractive Moraberg retail park in Södertälje has Sjælsø built a new modern 3,000 sqm shop for ÖoB Överskottsbolaget. In the same area has Sjælsø also constructed retail outlets for Silvan, Plantagen and Intersport that were completed in 2003.
