The second stage of the Kingsgate development is located on the site next to Sjælsø's stage 1 building. In stage 2 Sjælsø has constructed a 3,000 sqm shop and 1,500 sqm outside sales area for the chain store Hong Kong.
The building is constructed with a steel frame and light grey steel plated outside walls. The zone require- ment of a designed shield roof compliments the facade.
