In the first stage Sjælsø has constructed a building with four shops with a total area of 5,300 sqm on the lot next to K-Rauta. Three of the shops are furniture chains: Lundia, Unikulma, Suomi-Soffa and the fourth shop is Markantalo selling home electronics.
The building is constructed with a concrete frame, steel plated paroc walls and a designed shield roof on the facade.
