Ørestadshuset

Ørestadshuset is in the area between Center Boulevard and Ørestads Boulevard. The façade on one side faces
Ørestad City Bypark. The architects responsible for Ørestadshuset took their inspiration from large city dwelling
such as those found in New York, where people live alongside one another in a lively, exciting environment.

This sculptural building has its very characteristic balcony bays which are offset along the wall line from apartment to apart- ment. Inside the apart- ments, windows extending from floor to ceiling allow masses of light to enter and provide fabulous views over the park, while the brick part of the façade protects your privacy.
