The terraced houses in Stage 1 have either 3 or 4 rooms. All of the houses have a private courtyard on either side and a covered balcony. That way, you can make the most of the sunshine and light - all day long. The courtyards are landscaped with tiles and decking respectively, so gardening work will be minimal.
