The masterplan for Margretheholm comprises a green, close city with townhouses comprising 3 levels to the west and an 8 storey buildings along the eastern part of the area with nice views.
Between the buildings roads and footpaths will be constructed. Furthermore, the green areas with new but also exisisting trees will be preserved to some extent.
