Sjælsø to build 45 apartments for young people in Aarhus

Sjælsø has signed an agreement with a property company for the construction of an eight-storey building named Marina House to be located at Pier 4 at the port of Aarhus. The project will comprise a total of 45 apartments for young people.

Sjælsø sells retail project in Aabenraa to AP Pension

Sjælsø has signed an agreement with AP Pension about sale of a retail project. The project has a prime location in the centre of Aabenraa and has been let out to Løvbjerg, Tulip, Sydbank and Sydtrafik. The project represents a sales value of approx. DKK 50 million, and has been taken over by AP Pension in June 2010.

Sjælsø sells project to PKA for about DKK 325 million

Sjælsø has signed an agreement with pension funds associated with PKA, an administration company for Danish pension funds, for the construction of 130 apartments as part of Sjælsø’s residential project at Lyngby Sø for an amount of about DKK 325 million.

Sjælsø has signed an agreement to acquire the residential project ‘Promenadebyen’ at Odense Harbour. When completed, ‘Promenadebyen’ will boast 16 architecturally distinct apartment blocks, which together will form a new and exciting promenade at Odense Harbour.
